they have the same letters, but each one get a different reaction. since we like to hear ourselves talk, we rarely listen, unless forced to. listening on the other hand is a lost art and if you truly listen, sometimes others think you are ignoring. so, how do you do both of these while letting others knows you are engaged, they are seen and cared about and loved beyond measure?
